A Quick-fix to Weight-loss is not the Answer!

The Weight-loss Industry is big business. There are literally thousands of health books, videos, diet and exercise plans for weight loss that claim their plans are so easy to follow that results can be guaranteed in as little as 5 days to 4weeks.
Consumer are desperately looking for a quick-fix or fast and easy way to shed those excess pounds from products that rarely do what their claims state.
Americans think they could be cured easily and get that "perfect" body size by popping a pill or going under the knife (surgery) not knowing that speedy weight loss, often jeopardize their health.

Weight reduction in obese adults is accompanied by a shrinking of fat cells.
Did you know that the more you overeat the fatter your fat cells get? If you want to lose weight stop feeding those fat cells by eating less and exercising more.
It's very simple, when the fat content is reduced; fat cells shrinks, only to expand again when the body's content of fat is restored. Fat cells love to eat so you have to get those rascals under control. Fat cells induce caving and overeating.
